Shipping and returns — Daniel Crompton

1. Made to order

Every print is produced, checked, signed and certified by hand before it is sent, so please allow a minimum of two weeks from order to delivery.

2. Shipping and tracking

Prints are sent worldwide with tracking, in protective packaging, rolled or flat depending on size. You will receive a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery estimates and risk

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as final delivery is in the hands of the courier. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

4. Your address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. I cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you have supplied, and any re-delivery cost would be payable by you.

5. Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Damaged in transit

If your print arrives damaged, use the email hello@dtcrompton.com within fourteen days with photographs of the item and its packaging, and I will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

7. Lost parcels

If a tracked parcel does not arrive, contact me and I will investigate with the courier. Couriers usually require a short waiting period before an item is treated as lost, after which I will send a replacement or refund you.

8. Returns

Because each print is made and signed to order, it is exempt from the usual change-of-mind return right, as explained in the terms. Your rights where an item is faulty or not as described are unaffected and are set out there.
